Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

This refreshing smoothie bowl is the perfect Summer snack; under 200kcal and packed full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. 


40g banana chunks (frozen)

40g blueberries (frozen)

40g strawberries (frozen)

60ml almond milk

½ tsp acai powder

20g granola

20g fresh strawberries (sliced)


  1. Blitz the frozen banana, blueberries and strawberries in a blender for 10-15 seconds until coarsely chopped.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the acai powder.
  3. Blend for another 20-30 seconds until the ingredients are combined but the mixture is still thick.
  4. Spoon into a bowl and decorate with the granola and fresh strawberries.
