"Go Nuts" Energy Balls

Quick and simple energy balls that you can pop in your bag for a healthy snack on-the-go. 


70g brazil nuts

30g sunflower seeds

40g hemp protein

2tsp maca powder

1 cup medjool dates

Desiccated coconut


  1. Blitz the nuts and sunflower seeds in a blender and set aside.
  2. Blend the hemp, maca and dates.
  3. Combine this with the nut/seed mixture.
  4. Roll into balls and cover in the desiccated coconut.
