"Go Nuts" Energy Balls
Quick and simple energy balls that you can pop in your bag for a healthy snack on-the-go.
70g brazil nuts
30g sunflower seeds
40g hemp protein
2tsp maca powder
1 cup medjool dates
- Blitz the nuts and sunflower seeds in a blender and set aside.
- Blend the hemp, maca and dates.
- Combine this with the nut/seed mixture.
- Roll into balls and cover in the desiccated coconut.
