Heart Healthy Bonbons
A nutrient-rich, guilt-free alternative to traditional chocolates. Each bonbon comes in at under 150kcal and is full of potassium, healthy fats and plant-based protein.
300g coconut cream
50g brown rice protein
45g cacao nibs
200g dark chocolate (melted)
- Mash the avocado, bananas, coconut cream, honey and rice protein together until smooth.
- Stir in the cacao nibs and freeze overnight.
- In the morning, use an ice-cream scoop to shape this mixture into balls.
- Roll these balls in the melted chocolate and refrigerate.
