Heart Healthy Bonbons

A nutrient-rich, guilt-free alternative to traditional chocolates. Each bonbon comes in at under 150kcal and is full of potassium, healthy fats and plant-based protein. 


1 avocado

2 bananas

300g coconut cream

40g honey

50g brown rice protein 

45g cacao nibs

200g dark chocolate (melted)


  1. Mash the avocado, bananas, coconut cream, honey and rice protein together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the cacao nibs and freeze overnight.
  3. In the morning, use an ice-cream scoop to shape this mixture into balls.
  4. Roll these balls in the melted chocolate and refrigerate.
