DIetary consultations

If you are seeking detailed advice on how to improve anything from body composition, to skin health, digestion, energy levels, or sleep, I offer one-to-one appointments of one hour. These are flexible and entirely tailored to your needs. The dietary consultations themselves can be conducted face to face or over Skype. Consultations are great if you are looking for an in-depth insight into areas such as portion size and reading nutrition labels, guidance on tricky areas such as eating out and alcohol consumption, and for identifying and addressing food intolerances.
